Software for organizations using AI
Every request to use AI.
One clear path to a decision.
Whether it’s a chatbot, copilot, model, or AI vendor, Rakn brings the right reviewers, evidence, and final decision into one record, without replacing the systems you already use.
30 minutes. Bring one AI use case. We’ll walk it through together.
Today, an AI request gets passed between teams.
- 1EmailA team asks if it can use a new AI tool.
- 2Teams and meetingsSecurity, privacy, and legal each ask their own questions.
- 3SpreadsheetSomeone tracks progress by hand and chases replies.
- 4Shared folderIt’s approved in a meeting. The documents sit in a folder.
Six months later:
“Why did we approve this?”
The answer is spread across inboxes, chats, and the memory of whoever was in the room.
How it works
Five steps, the same way every time.
In Rakn, every AI request becomes an AI use case record. Who reviews it depends on the use case: a low-risk internal tool doesn’t have to go through every department.
- 1
Submit
A team describes what it wants to use AI for.
- 2
Assign
A coordinator sets the risk level and picks only the reviewers this use case needs.
- 3
Review
Reviewers can raise concerns, say what’s missing, and add evidence before the final decision. They don’t make the decision.
- 4
Decide
A person with authority approves or rejects it, with a written reason. No one can approve their own use case.
- 5
Record
Every step is kept with names and dates, and can’t be edited afterwards.

Why Rakn
Less chasing, clearer ownership, decisions you can explain.
Status lives across messages and meetings.
See where each AI use case stands.
People chase reviewers by hand.
See who needs to act next.
Findings and documents scatter.
Keep findings and evidence with the use case.
Old decisions have to be reconstructed.
Open the decision history later.
Six months later, the answer is still there.
When an auditor, a board member, or a customer asks, you open the use case. Nobody has to find who was in the meeting.
- What was decided, and by whom?
- Approved by the AI Steering Committee on 24 February 2026, recorded by Khalid Al-Harbi.
- Why?
- “Agents check every reply before it is sent, so the risk is contained.”
- Who reviewed it, and what did they find?
- Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Legal: no concerns. Risk: no documented fallback if the vendor is unavailable. The owner added one before the decision.
- What evidence supported it?
- Vendor security assessment, data processing agreement, fallback procedure.
Works with your systems
Keep the systems you already use.
Rakn doesn’t replace ServiceNow, your GRC platform, Microsoft tools, Jira, SharePoint, or your internal policies. They keep doing what they do. Rakn does one specific job: keeping the review and decision record around each AI use case clear.
Your existing systems

The review and decision record for each AI use case
Why another system?
Because today the pieces of one AI decision live in different places: the request in email, the assessments in other tools, the approval in meeting notes. Rakn keeps them attached to the AI use case itself. It doesn’t connect to your other tools today, so there is nothing to integrate.
Focused by design.
Rakn is deliberately narrow. It isn’t a GRC suite, a policy engine, model monitoring, or consulting. Its job is to run the review around an AI use case and keep the resulting record.

Built for serious governance work.
Separate organization data
Each organization’s records remain isolated from every other organization’s.
Role-based access
People see and act based on their assigned role.
History stays on record
Reviews, evidence, and decisions remain tied to the use case and its governance cycle.
Built in Saudi Arabia. Rakn is early-stage and founder-led. We work directly with organizations to understand their AI governance workflow and demonstrate Rakn against real use cases.

Questions
What exactly is Rakn?
Software for the people who approve AI use inside an organization. It isn’t an AI model, and it doesn’t use AI to make or recommend decisions. People review, people decide; Rakn keeps it organized and on the record.
Why can’t we manage this through email, Excel, or Teams?
You can, at first. But they don’t tell a reviewer it’s their turn, or keep a decision together with its reasons and evidence. As AI use cases multiply, someone ends up rebuilding the history by hand.
What if we already use ServiceNow or a GRC platform?
Keep it. If it already gives you a clear review and decision record for every AI use case, you may not need Rakn. If that record still lives in email and meetings, Rakn fills the gap alongside it.
Who makes the final AI decision?
A person in the decision authority you set up, such as an AI steering committee. Rakn never decides. Reviewers give findings; the decision is separate and attributed to a named person.
What do we need to set up?
Tell Rakn who reviews (for example Cybersecurity, Privacy, Legal) and who decides, then invite those people. Rakn starts empty and doesn’t assume your structure. There is no integration project.
Where will our data be hosted?
Rakn is preparing its production architecture for Saudi-hosted deployment. Data-residency requirements are confirmed with you before production use.
